1. Collect, collate and analyze the local industry policies, analyze and study the local consumer behavior patterns and consumption trends;
2. Be responsible for the preparation of relevant marketing and positioning information for the project;
3. Provide a complete promotion spindle, and carry out specific marketing and promotion activities and media delivery, as well as post-evaluation work;
4. Participate in the evaluation of concepts, design tasks and results at the design stage. Put forward product suggestions, customer feedback and sensitive points from the perspective of customer experience.
5. Prepare promotion plan, prepare marketing cost budget of the project and control marketing cost.
6. Cooperate to put forward suggestions on the allocation of sales stores, clubs, model rooms, etc.
7. Participate in the selection, inspection, contract circulation and performance evaluation of planned marketing suppliers.
8. Be responsible for establishing brand image and compiling VI system of the project.
9. To formulate and implement regional brand promotion plans, establish regional brand reputation, and assist in crisis management of public relations.
