Job Responsibilities

1. Construction organization and design, project (engineering) operation and management;

2. Pre-project demonstration, drawing review and preparation for start-up;

3. Budget, cost control, material procurement, etc.

4. Coordination among different majors and units;

5. On-site control of project progress, quality and safety.



Job Requirements

Education and professional requirements: Engineering management, engineering technology and other related majors, bachelor's degree or above.

Work experience and skill requirements: Engaged in similar positions in real estate development enterprises for more than three or five years, familiar with the relevant laws and regulations of the state and local, skilled use of project, excel, CAD and other related software and tools.
